Uploaded profile pictures are used solely for internal identification and event organization.
Profile pictures are not publicly visible.

Events can be booked via this website.

User accounts are deleted if:
- users request deletion,
- no contractual relationship exists anymore,
- statutory retention obligations do not prevent deletion.
Data that is no longer required is regularly deleted or anonymized.
