These terms apply to the use of the Divine Pleasure Journey platform and event bookings.

2. Booking and contract formation

By completing checkout, the participant submits a binding offer. The contract is formed upon booking confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown at booking time apply. Payments are processed through the offered payment methods.

4. Tickets and participation

Tickets are personal unless explicitly stated otherwise. Check-in is performed via the provided check-in code and, if required, additional identity verification on site.

5. Conduct and safety

Participants agree to respectful conduct, consent awareness, and compliance with event-specific rules.

6. Changes and cancellations

If organizational changes are required, participants will be informed. Further claims exist only as provided by law.

7. Liability

We are fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health; otherwise according to statutory law.
